RoomzErp ("we", "us") provides an end-to-end hotel reservation and management platform — a branded booking engine, live availability, operations modules, mobile applications and related services — to hotel businesses ("you"). These terms govern your use of roomzerp.com and our services.
Through this website you may (a) explore the platform and its live demonstrations, (b) book a free Google Meet walkthrough, and (c) book a pre-paid sales & consultation visit. Platform subscriptions are agreed separately in a written proposal after a walkthrough, and are governed by that proposal together with these terms.
Walkthroughs over Google Meet are free of charge. Sales & consultation visits are pre-paid at the price shown on our Pricing page; the visit fee adjusts in full against your first platform invoice. Cancellation and refund rules are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We never receive or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking appointments or engaging our services, to use the platform lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
The RoomzErp platform, its design, code and content remain our property. A subscription grants your property a licence to use the platform; it does not transfer ownership. Your hotel's own branding, photography and data remain yours.
The website and demonstrations are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the use of this website or of any appointment shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
